indrale
My 7th year H1B expires by Sep this year. I have approved EB2 approved 140. I asked my employer with to file 3 year H1 extn. He tells me that nowadays the approval is given for only one year not 3 years (with approved 140). Is it true? Link to comment

venkysc
The previous reply is true. I am also in same boat. Unless you are a FT, you will not get 3 year extn.based on approved 140. Link to comment
