legalstinson
Hi, I was working with Employer A (Large MNC headquartered in India) since 2003. From 2007-2009 I was leading a team - managerial role in India. Aug 2009 I moved to USA on H1. Dec 2010 I quit Employer A and joined Employer B. Now, Employer A has a lot of openings at managerial level and they want me to join them again. Is it possible for them to sponsor green card for me, under EB1C, for a future job opportunity here (managerial role)? Please let me know. Thank you. Link to comment

pontevecchio
You should probably discuss the matter with a good Lawyer. Since you have not worked for one year out of the last three for A they cannot convert you to L1A. You may still qualify based on your credentials and hence the Lawyer. Link to comment
legalstinson
Thank you Pontevecchio. I'm currently on H1B. I didn't even think they had to convert me to L1A. I did read that if in the last three years you were in the US, then the previous three years would be taken into consideration for outside US experience. Link to comment
pontevecchio
Should you not be asking the company directly? Link to comment
