Nope. Its Regular H1b filing.

Just got my WAC number today..As per the email..the received date is May 29 at CSC even though the delivery confirmation showed May 17 at VSC. I shd have the result by June 15..Fingers crossed...

My documents are delivered to USCIS by Jun 4th for premium processing. I am still waiting for receipt number. When I checked with attorney, they say we cant contact USCIS before 30 days. Is there anything that can be done to know the status.

I have not received my receipt yet and my OPT ends on June 30 2012. Can i Become eligible for Cap-Gap work Authorization.

Regular H1B Application sent on June 11 2012( Last day of Cap) to CSC. Can I continue working or do i need CPT kind of work Authorization.

If even after 30 days, u have not received receipt number, ask your attorney to contact USCIS.
