H1B - Possible queries at POE

I came to my home country on vacation and got my H1B stamped after 221(G).

As my visa got delayed, i couldnt travel as planned and will be travelling for a different client than what mentioned in the H1 petitions/visa applications.

LCA for the new location will be taken care of before i travel.

1) Will there be any query at the POE as the client information mentioned in the petition is different from the one that i will be travelling for?

2) Is it fine if H1B amendment is filed after i land in the US?

3) Can H1B amendment be filed when i am outside US?

My employment model is E-C.

As long as the H1 petition on which you travel back is valid and appropriate you should have no problem.
