Can a spouse having L1B Blanket/H1B visa travel as dependent?

Hi,

I am working on L1B Blanket visa. My spouse is back in India and her employer now is planning to apply work visa for her. She has an option of going for L1B / H1B.

Had a query. Once she has L1B Blanket/H1 B stamped, does that disqualify her to travel as dependent on my visa.(just in case she doesn't get a suitable position from her employer and doesn't wish to use the visa from her employer.) .

She would have to get an L2 visa if she wishes to enter as dependent.

She can of course have multiple visas and use the appropriate one to enter.
