I have received a new job offer and the company will apply for my H1 around 20th April. I have my March 2012 Paystub & my current I94 is valid till April 2013. Should this be an issue for my H1 visa approval? I am in US for 8 + years now with a Masters degree from University of Texas, if that helps. Thanks to all in advance. Link to comment

careerbird Posted April 16, 2012 Author Report Share Posted April 16, 2012 Thanks Yankee Doodle...My lawyer said that if the application goes out to USCIS soon then it probably should not be an issue. I ll surely communicate with my lawyer in greatr details though. Link to comment
