H1b VSC Premium Processing April 2013 Status/Reciept/Approval

Receive Receipt No: April 27 4.28 PM.

My case is general quota Premium processing. Now waiting to hear a good news. Pray for me and for others who is waiting for receipt no or approval. Thanks

My H1b application received at VSC on13th April . Receipt not yet received .

Anybody has received or any idea what's receipt processing status at VSC ?

I totally don't understand how it works , some people are getting very faster and some people are not.So it is hard to predict but overall i saw getting a receipt should not be more than two weeks ,if you don't hear anything contact your attorney to check what is going on .I hope this info helps.

Hi Digitalman , you got the receipt next day only . You so lucky . Can you confirm , is it VSC ? does the normal and premium receipts process are different ?

Hi,

I have upgraded my i129 case to Premium on 30th April. Since then its in Acceptance state:

Initial Application date - 9th April

Receipt received on - 30th April

Upgraded to Premium since- 1st May
