maheshreddy.k
Hello All, I currently have H1B Stamp of company ‘A’ on my passport. I moved to Company ‘B’ and my H1B petition with Company ‘B’ got transferred and approved (in May 2011) and new I-94 is up to Sep 2014. After my petition got approved, I travelled to India and came back (In February 2012). Now my new I-94 is as per the Company ‘A’ H1B petition i.e Sep 2012. Now Can I just cross Canada border and get new I-94 showing Company B's H1B Petition or Do I need to go for stamping ? Please tell me what is the best thing to do ? Thanks for your help in advance. Jyothis
Wait till your current I 94 is close to expiry and apply for I94 extension, I would think. You can check with an attorney as well Link to comment
goomail
Well, if you moved to B, why did you show A's petition at POE? If you showed A's petition at POE, you should have been working for A. I think you should consult an attorney. Link to comment
