GC for my mother on visitor visa - is extension required after GC filing

i am citizen and my mom came on visitor visa to USA in oct 2011

we filed for 130/485 concurrently in Dec 2011 and fingerprinting was done in Jan 2012

My mom's i-94 is valid till April 17 th 2012. Ten year multiple entry visa expired in Jan 2012.

Do we need to apply for 6 month visa extension for her stay in USA?

Until USCIS makes a decision, your mom's saty will be legal based on pending AOS (485).

Remember B1/B2 is non-immigrant visa, once a person show immigrant intent he/she is not eligible for non-immigrant visa/extensin of stay.
