PERM Audit : Proof of Business Necessity

My Employer is software consulting firm and we have recieved an Audit question to proove business necessity for EB-2 position. Please help me in understanding what is this? If any one have got this Audit? What was the reply from you? What was the final decsion?

Basically, they are asking why they need an resource who qualifies at EB2 level. It is for your company to answer that, I think.

This is correct, the audit question is straight forward enough -- why does the position require a Masters degree or equivalent Bachelors + 5 years experience. This audit question is for the employer to answer -- not the employee. The employee does not need a sample letter or provide any response.
