swatinainwal Posted March 23, 2012 Report Share Posted March 23, 2012 Hi - My H1 transfer/extension was approved on USCIS website on 16 march 2012. I am planning to take 3 weeks vacation and will be travelling to India in the month of march.. My current H1 stamping and my Wife's H4 stamping from my previous employer is valid till 08 nov 2012 and I94 is also valid till that date. Do i need to get the H1 stamping again for A once i come back to India in May or can i travel back to US on old stamping and the H1 papers for A and the previous company i worked for.
