h1extension Posted March 23, 2012 Report Share Posted March 23, 2012 My PERM application is pending since 12/15/2011. Now I have got a new offer from another company, If I file for H1-transfer, will this create any problem? either to perm or h1? Link to comment

Only draw back would be that you cant use that priority date when you move to the new one. Since it is not too far off, if your new company can start the process as soon as you join, it should be ok. Decision would be based on how good the new offer is, in my opinion. Link to comment
