Company B Filed my H1b transfer+extension on Aug 2010 and approved by USCIS until Nov 2011. Company B Filed H1b extension on Sep 2011 and received RFE on Mar 2012. I'm confused whether this is my first H1b extension or 2nd extension. Please help. Link to comment
kalyan_ac Posted March 22, 2012 Report Share Posted March 22, 2012 How does that even matter? You have completed about 4.5years on H1 and left with 1.5 years. This is your 2nd extension anyway. Link to comment
