surgrov
PERM will be filed in 6th year of H1-B. Is it possible to get H1-B extension after 6 years based on PERM approval ONLY? Or do we need to have I-140 approval along with that? Please help. Link to comment

Jyothis
You can extend H1b only if the PERM and 140 gets approved before your current H1b validity expires. Ask for premium processing for 140. That would give you a great peace of mind. Link to comment
