himanshu.sonu Posted February 6, 2012 Report Share Posted February 6, 2012 Hello, My L1 B VISA has expired on 6th Jan 2012 but me and mine family had a valid i94 till Nov 2013. Unfortunately there had an family emergency and mine and mine family traveled to India. Now they don't have valid VISA . I am here but mine family is in India, I am trying to get there fresh L2 stamped depending on mine state of i94. Will there be a problem in getting there VISA stamped. pontevecchio Posted February 10, 2012 Report Share Posted February 10, 2012 Now you are pushing it. The rules are slightly different in terms of a blanket L1. But as you are in valid L1 status they will get the visa. I hope you did ask the company for clarification and help in the matter. Link to comment
