Hello all,

My perm was recently filed in eb3, I have a master degree and more than 6 years of experience..

I noticed the priority dates are In 2002 for eb3, but also found a unique pattern of porting eb3 to eb2.

If someone or a lot of people port their category to eb2 from eb3, shouldn't eb3 dates move forward.. Or is it the quotas are actually different for eb2 vs eb3..

There are too many people in EB3 to make a difference. You should actively look for an employer with an EB2 job.

Thanks.. I am already in my sixth year and I am not sure if I can do a h1b transfer and file for a new perm at this time..

First make sure of H1 extensions by either PERM pending 365 or aproved I-140. Then look.
