Maruthi321
Hi I recently got the Stamping done successfully and it is valid till 2014. After that I came to my home country for a visit. As my stay in home country is getting extended, I may loose the job with the current client who gave me the client letter for stamping. So now If the current PO is cancelled... the vendor says, he is going to report this to Immigration services that I am no longer with the client and vendor. So if the above scenario happens then can I know what will be the consequences ?? and there remedies please Vendor says my H1B will be revoked ?? What are the chances ?? ... thanks Link to comment
JoeF
If you are no longer employer, you can of course not use the H1 anymore. You would have to find a new employer. Link to comment

My current Employer is supportive. Only thing is, if Vendor reports to USCIS then what will be my situation. Link to comment

Chitown01
if vendor submits letter to uscis then they might revoke your h1 Or ask your employer to prove they have project for you and if your employer cannot prove it... they will surely reject it But chances of later are less.
