Hi,

finally i attended H1 visa intvw at chennai , Feb 1.

The whole interview is all about employee-employer relationship ONLY, they intvwed on this with 25 questions about 45-60 mins....literally.

i will be posting all the questions soon on this forum, quicky can someone please let me know thier experience with 221 G Blue form with First option checked(Admin Processing)

they have taken all documents and returned passport , also

gave a case number.

is this going to be a denial?

if it is a denial or pending, can we apply another H1 from another Employer?

My employer is a 6 month old company...will this be an issue?

221g blue final result is denial its all part of game.. final result will be case sent to USCIS and that will take again 5 -6 months

better start process new h1 with other employer or jump to vendor

but dont apply new h1 again with ur employer
