How would the F1->H1 status change affect H1 stamping prospects?

Entered the US on a student status, and got a full time job offer in the first month itself from a staffing company. University was not in top 100, hence accepted the offer and changed status.

Later changed jobs and now a direct employee.

Planning to visit India, and in process will also have to get H1 stamping.

How would my F1->H1 affect my stamping prospects ?
