manbeing Posted January 31, 2012 Report Share Posted January 31, 2012 My H1B extension was filed to Vermont Service center in the end of October 2011, and it's still pending. My current H1B will expire in the middle of March 2012. My EB priority date will probably be current in March's visa bulletin. Am I still eligible to file I-485 during H1B extension pending? Will I easily get RFE if H1B extension approval notice is unavailable when an VO reviews my materials later? Link to comment
