EAD validity and L1B options

Hi,

I am currently working with my L1B visa and my wife has EAD ,she is also working. The chances are that my assignment might end in May but my wife will continue to have her job. To my questions are:

1. what are the conditions in which we can continue to stay back?

2. If i can get a H1 sponsor, can i start working for them before october?

2. First time H1 implies a start after October,1. Identify a H1 sponsor and come back with the visa on approval.
