Hony Posted January 22, 2012 Report Share Posted January 22, 2012 Hello, I was in H1 B from 2006-2009 and converted to H4 due to my child birth, right now I got a job and the employer said that he can apply for H1 if I can get the client letter and I need to H1 approved before I go to job, when I asked for the client letter and the duration of three week to convert my status from h4-h1 the client said thats its not possible to wait and give the client letter. I feel it to be tough to convert my status. So can you please explain the process to change back to H1. Thanks, Hony Link to comment
