Brahmu Posted January 20, 2012 Report Share Posted January 20, 2012 Hello, I applied for H1 extension on Sep 2011. Since i was receiving so many RFE's. I applied change of status from H1->H4 parallely sometime end of Sep 2011. My H1 extension was approved in Nov 2011. so my attorney submitted withdrawal to USCIS for my change of status petition. we have not received any update on this withdrawal so far.Online case status just shows "Initial Review" . Is there any option where we can check the status of my withdrawal. Please help me with this!!!!! Link to comment
