L1B Extension Rejected but valid I-94

I came to salt lake city on Jan 2011 and my visa got expired on Dec 2011 but my I-94 is having to till 2014. Due to some some reason I filled my extension in the same month and currently I am in RFE state.

But my question is

1> In case if my L1B extension visa is gets rejected then can I stay on my I -94 still up to 2014

2> If above answer is yes then can I stay & work on my previous I -94 in Phoenix

3> If above answer is no then which are all the state in US falls under this category like the above where we should have valid I-94 & visa

Since the company files a L1 extension you should discuss your issues with them. You have to provide more details for any sensible reply.
