VA1978 Posted January 20, 2012 Report Share Posted January 20, 2012 My spouse has applied for a green card (EB3) and has her I-485 pending. I am working with an EAD obtained through by spouse's application. But since I am technically eligible for a EB2, I am thinking of filing for my own GC rather than waiting an eternity for my spouse's application to materialize. Please let me know if this is possible without first filing for an H1? Thanks a lot. Link to comment
