L1B Petition Denied, Can I apply for I 94 extension as I94 is valid till Feb 12 2012

My Petition for L1B was denied and my I 94 is valid till Feb 12 2012.

Please suggest if I can apply for I94 extension this time and is 240 days stay valid from receipt date?

Are there any chances that I94 ext will be approved even though L1B is denied?

Please let me know as I have to decide in a day.

Your post is not very clear. L1 extension approval would have an appropriate I94. I94 extension means L1 Petition extension which has been denied in your case.
