My spouse whose is on L1 visa, project may get completed in a couple of months and may need to travel back to India for some time. Can I stay back in US without my spouse or L1 applicant and work here as my authorized stay in my I-94 is valid till Aug'2014 and my EAD is also valid ?? Please clarify. Link to comment
