Do I need to transfer my wife's H4? I asked the HR and they said she said it did not need to be updated. It is not employer-specific. I will really appreciate any suggestion. Link to comment

If they are then i think your wifes information also should be included in the petition because you shall have a new I-94 with new validity dates Check with your company attorney on what are they actually doing Link to comment
