GC for wife, who is on H1B

Hi,

I have approved LC and already filed I-140 with EB2 category. Now my wife has to move from H4 --> F1.

Now, my questions are -

[1] when she will be on OPT or H1B, can I still show her as my dependant on GC process? (she was added as a dependant on LC and I-140. I-140 is under process)

[2] By the time my PD becomes current and I'm about to file I-485, do I have to mention about my wife's status change from H4-to-F1-to-H1B?

She was mentioned as your wife in the LC and the I-140. She was not added as anything.

1. When your dates are current and she is in status here she can apply for AOS.

2. She files AOS on her own recognizance.
