Concurrent filing based on old PD

Hi,

I have an approved I-140 in EB2 from my previous employer with a PD of Dec-2007 (it was now current since Nov 2011 bulletin).

I switched employer and my new EB2 Perm case is under process. After the new Perm is approved am I eligible for concurrent filing of new I-140 + 485? Or, should my current employer first file for my new I-140, wait till my PD gets ported and then file I-485?
