My H1B is under progress with RFE raised and actioned by my organisation. However I do have a valid L2 visa through my husband who is currently in US. is it possible to travel to US on L2 and start working with EAD approval until my H1B papers are approved. Once H1B approved can I get the status changed from L2 to H1B while in US. Link to comment
