zelle
Hello, I have recently ported my old EB3 priority date to EB2. The latest I140 approval does capture the old priority date (Jul 2004) So it's current now. My attorney said, they will send a letter to USCIS on adjudicating my case as it's current. Questions 1. Does USCIS automatically know that my case is current ? Or They'd be looking for reminders 2. How long is the leadtime/wait. Mine is at Texas service center 3. Should i be reminding USCIS of my case ? When'd be an appropriate time for that Thanks much for your response. Link to comment
pontevecchio
Usually they would know. Instead of getting into a tizzy keep on top of the Lawyers Office and let them do whatever prodding is necessary. You are looking at a few days to 6 mopnths for approval. Link to comment
