arun24_tn Posted December 31, 2011 Report Share Posted December 31, 2011 I am in Company "A", my self (H1b) & my wife (H4) has the valid visa until June 2012. Now my wife in India and am about to move some other company "B". I know the company "A" will terminate my H1B visa as soon as i move to company "B", but my question is as the H4Visa taken with the reference of my previous company "A" so will the current "H4 Visa" also will become Invalid? so once i moved to other company "B", can't she use that existing visa & get in to the country? I am kind of stuck with this, please help me on this. Thanks in Advance Arun Link to comment

karanmokati Posted January 1, 2012 Report Share Posted January 1, 2012 She should be able to travel back using the same valid H4 visa. You do need to send her your approved H1 visa document (i.e., the new I-797) which she can show at the POE. Link to comment
