singsau Posted December 30, 2011 Report Share Posted December 30, 2011 Hi,My wife is on H-4 visa and she just got a job and her employer will be filing her H-1B visa.But my GC priority date might get current in next couple of months.I want to add her to my GC when my priority date gets current.Will there be a conflict if her H-1B is/will be filed and the GC process also get started in parallel. leman Posted December 30, 2011 Report Share Posted December 30, 2011 There is no conflict. Many H1b Visa holders continue seeking their H1b extension for back up purpose. I filed 485 this month (I am primary). My visa / H1b is till April end. So my company will file extension in March. Link to comment
