Revoke Petition

Hi All,

I appeared for visa stamping last week and VO didn't look at my documents,asked few questions then tells me that they are not able to see employee-employer relation so they are sending it back to USCIS to revoke it.

He did not give me any slip such as green/blue, did not take anything from me as well.

What will happen now ?

They will send it back and the petition will take 9 months or so for processing. If they reaffirm it you can go for the visa again. But I would look for another credible H1 employer.

Thanks. But if new employer applies, since i will be in cap exempt

In future if USCIS revokes that petition, will it affect the new H1 because that was filed using approved petition.
