JoeF
You need to check what the reason for the denial is, and get that fixed. If you just go there again it would just be denied again. Link to comment

rvsss
You need to check what the reason for the denial is, and get that fixed. If you just go there again it would just be denied again. The letter from the consulate said "Your employer does not appear to be either able or willing to provide qualifying employment in US in accordance with appropriate laws and regulations." My client is providing me another doc that states that I am employed plus my responsibilities at work. Is it fine to get a visa interview scheduled again? What if the VO is not ready to see this document? Thanks! Link to comment
mf1
Visa is already refused. Don't you see that? Why to bother about t? You asked for next step, and someone already suggested to go for new H1. Why not do that? Else, forget. Link to comment
