H1B -Join New Company

Dear Attorneys,

I am on H1B visa and working for employer A Need your help to join new employer B.

My H1 transferred to new employer (B) in Aug-2011 but I have not yet joined that employer.

1. Let me know for joining the new employer do I need to transfer my H1 again

2. Do I need to do fresh H1 transfer process?.

3. Let me know if I need to request for new offer letter paperwork.

I have no idea abt new petition expiry date.

Is it legal to work for Company A when you are having H1B to work for company B since Aug 2011? I am not a lawyer or legal expert but it would intersting to see other's opinion about your scenario. I believe when you transfered your H1from A, you can no longer run pay roll from them.

ABSOLUTELY legal if there is a valid H1 petition from A with a valid H1 I94.
