My son is my dependent on H4 and his visa valid till "Sep 30 2012". Currently I am planning to change my job to company "B". Do i need to tranfer my son's H4 also with me? Or i can do that later before Sep 30 2012? I heard that H4 is company independent. Please advice!! Or do we have any best practice to follow Link to comment
pontevecchio Posted December 21, 2011 Report Share Posted December 21, 2011 Filing his H4 extension based on your new H1 petition would be the best practise. If the new H1 involves PP have them file for your dependents too. Link to comment
