Currently I am in other country than India for my job purpose. 1. can she file my green card in this case? 2. How much time will it take to get me a green card? 3. I am married so can I sponsor my spouse's greencard and how much time would it take? 4. Does filing through an attorney speeds up the process? Would appreciate if some one can guide me on this.
