Its been 3 months that I applied for my H1B renewal and its still in pending status. Now my PD is current. Can I go ahead and file I-485? I am concerned that my I-94 on the application will be expired and what if I get approval (which has new I-94) before they look at my case. Appreciate your response. Thank you. Link to comment
