PERM and AOS Filing

Attorney's Please advise

I have filed for my AOS-I-485 based on my Spouse's file being current. It is pending with USCIS

My company is also applying My PERM now...will it affect the current PERM filing or AOS?

I am on H1b as of now, with approved EAD And AP card just received.

please let me know what are the implications

There is no connection. It makes little sense since you will be a PR soon. Let the company go ahead if you want.
