SSAB Posted December 2, 2011 Report Share Posted December 2, 2011 I came in the country on B1B2 visa on March 9th 2011 and applied for a change in status to H4 on September 7th 2011,now I am waiting for my H4 approval..My employer back in India with whom I have been working for 2 yrs have given me paid leaves and are ready to file for my L1A..... Should I wait for my H4 approval before I can apply for any other change in status ? Do I need to file for L1A since I am already in the country ,can I file for I140 directly as my company is ready for L1A ? Thanks a ton for the support Link to comment
