mnop Posted December 2, 2011 Report Share Posted December 2, 2011 My H1 expires in Sept 2012. My employers is working on the GC process and will be applying my PERM in a few days. Meanwhile, I have received an offer from another company. They have agreed to sponsor my H1 as well as start my GC immediately. Is it possible for another employer to transfer my H1 when I have less than 365 days left on my visa? Thanks in advance! Link to comment

Jyothis Posted February 23, 2012 Report Share Posted February 23, 2012 It is possible to switch as long as the new employer run things on fast track. PERM will be your main bottleneck, as you can do premium processing on 140 and then get H1 extended Link to comment
