During their stay in the USA, we plan to file their Green Card. Is it allowed by USCIS to get their medical done and submit form I-693 (Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record) by an approved USCIS Designated Civil Surgeon from India when filing I-485 in the USA or medical must be done in the USA when filing I-485 from USA. The reason is getting required vaccinations and I-693 for two people is comparatively much much cheaper in India than in USA. Link to comment

pontevecchio Posted December 22, 2011 Report Share Posted December 22, 2011 There is a risk in coming here as a tourist and then filing AOS. Why is it not possible to do it the right way with CP?
