Job Type: Full Time Employee (More than 6 years working for the same employer. Have approved 140 Eb3-India). Visa Interview Date: 25-April-2011. Consulate Location Chennai, India. When I inquire my case status with DOS, They told me that My H1B Extn case is sent back USCIS for reaffirmation. What are all the options now? Should I wait for USCIS decision? or Can my employer file a new H1B petition? What is the time for reaffiramtion @ CA service center? Please provide your valuable suggestion on this scenario ...
