H4 stamping and POE--Please Help

Hi,

I got my H1 stamping with company A and moved the company B. My wife got her H4 stamping when I was with Company B and is valid until 2013. Now I moved to Company C and my H1 and her H4 are approved.

- If my wife visits India will she need stamping again?

- Do I need to give her my original or copy of I-797?

- Does she need to carry my old and new company I-797?

please advise.

Give her the original.

She needs to carry the H1 Petition of the company you are currently working for.
