can I port my priority date my old PERM?

Hi,

I have applied my PERM in July 2008, but due to a mistake in my application from my employer, DOL rejected it in Oct 2010.

Then my employer applied new PERM in Feb 2011 and now my I-140 also approved.

As I have approved I-140 in hand, can I port my priority date from Feb 2011 to July 2008?

Unfortunately not.

You can only port a priority date from an approved I-140 petition. If the LC was denied then no I-140 was filed and therefore the priority date from that earlier case is lost.
