I94 for H4 Extension..Pls Help

Hi,

I got my H1 extension done last year. My wife's H4 also extended with mine. At that we received a copy directly from USCIS for H4 without I-94. And the form said they sent the original to the attorney.

My question is " Do we get new I-94 for H4 at the time of extension?". I am in the process of applying for AOS and realized it only yesterday.

Yes, your wife should get the original copy with I-94 from the lawyer.

Yes. Give the Lawyer a call. He should have the I94.
