Transfer H1B while in India

I work for Indian MNC Company ‘A’ in India. Company ‘A’ filed for my H1B premium processing and got petition approved few days back (I just saw the email). They want me to go for a stamping ASAP. Meanwhile I got a job offer from an American company ‘B’ who are willing to sponsor H1B for me. What are my options?

#1. Can I go for stamping with petition filed with company ‘A’ and then file for a transfer to ‘B’ without traveling to USA? Do I need to go for visa stamping again for company ‘B’ before travel to USA?

#2. Should I ask company ‘B to file for new H1B for me and then go for a stamping?

You need to get a visa stamp for the company you intend to work for since you do not have a visa as of now.
