My husband employer may not send him to US anymore. Can he look for companies that does H1B sponsor/transfer from here ? What exactly is the procedure ? Meanwhile , I have 3 years of IT experience but not working right now. How easy/difficult is the procedure to convert my H4 to H1 from India or applying for new H1b? Regards, Preethi Link to comment
